Sarah started working at WAH in 2020. She has always had an interest in working with animals. Her first job was at a dog kennel when she was 16 years old. In high school, she volunteered at 4-H and shadowed at a few different vet hospitals. After graduating high school she took a vet assistant course at RACC (reading area community college) and worked at another vet in Morgantown for 5 yrs. before working at WAH. She graduated from Penn Foster College’s vet tech program in May of 2020 and became certified in December.
Sarahs hobbies/interests are: hiking/fishing/camping, anything outdoors, making art/crafts in her free time and pet sitting.
She has an 11 year old border collie/sheltie mix named Oreo who loves to play frisbee and go for walks.
